You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. We’ll then send you an email with a link to your tracking info once your order has been processed for dispatch. If you haven’t received either email, just shoot an email to hello@thenubasic.com.au and we'll give you detailed tracking info.

Should you notice an error on your order or if you want to change your details please email hello@thenubasic.com.au with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, unfortunately once the order has been shipped, it's yours. However, please check our refund policy should you have any queries.

All orders are processed within 2 business days from the time you place your order. Our Sydney warehouse processes orders Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Please see below for estimated shipping times:

Same City (Sydney): 2-3 business days

Express: 1-4 business days

Other (Australia): 4-10 business days

New Zealand: 10-15 business days

International: Please allow between
14 and 60 days for delivery
